CHEF | Bradley Hornby

After spending years in five-star hotels, resorts and creating award-winning restaurants, Chef Bradley Hornby and Liz Buttimore have finally moved ‘home’ to New Zealand. Gaining two hats, Gourmet Traveller stars and numerous restaurant awards in Australia, the two always hoped to one day live in the beautiful region of Marlborough. Bradley’s food can be described as modern New Zealand combining traditional French cookery methods and modern technology with a focus on locally sourced seasonal produce. Liz’s service style is welcoming and friendly.

AMAYJEN

Amayjen opened its doors in November 2014, in the town of “Friendly Feilding” after transforming an old Tyre Shop into an “Exquisite Industrial Chic Fine Dining Restaurant”, with original polished floors & two separate private dining rooms. Amayjen is something different by putting an emphasis on flavour and exquisite presentation. Amayjen serve some of the most playful and evocative dishes.“High Quality and Excellence with Ingredients, Presentation and Service” (using fresh local and seasonal produce when and where possible). Wine and Beer Matched with all main dishes.

CHEF | Andrew May

Andrew has many years experience working in hospitality and brings a wealth of expert knowledge and skill to the Amayjen kitchen. Andrew is a former Scottish Chef of the Year winner, earning the immensely prestigious Award in 2009/2010 along with many other awards.
